The Arizona Association for Home Care (AAHC) is the statewide nonprofit association for home health care providers and supporters in Arizona. Founded in 1983, AAHC provides leadership to the home health care industry through education, advocacy, resources and partnerships.

Each November, the Arizona Association for Home Care (AAHC) in partnership with the National Association for Home Care celebrates Home Care Month to honor care giving heroes who make a difference in the lives of patients and the families they serve. For this year’s celebration, AAHC has developed a statewide project, "Being Prepared on the Home Front".
