Provider I
     1-25 employees (2,080-52,000 hours)
Provider II
     26-50 employees (52,001-104,000 hours)
Provider III
     51-100 employees (104,001-208,000 hours)
Provider IV
     101-200 employees (208,001-416,000 hours)
Provider V
     201+ employees (416,001+ hours)
Associate
     A company that provides in-home services (i.e. Private Duty, Assisted Living) but IS NOT required to be licensed as a Home Health Agency.
Vendor
     A company that supplies products or services to the Home Care Industry.
Individual
     A person with an interest in Home Care—employees/owners of Provider Members may not be Individual Members unless their agency is already a Provider Member.
