Building a Strong & Compliant Skilled Nursing Partnership

As the US population ages, the estimates for long-term care expenditures continue to rise. According to the US Census Bureau, over five percent of the 65-plus population occupy nursing homes or other senior-living environments.  It is estimated that a quarter of annual deaths will occur in nursing facilities by 2020.

The fragile, acute patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) reap many benefits from hospice care.  This webinar will address the challenges and barriers of skilled nursing environments, including organizational structure and positions, reimbursement changes, and narrowing referral networks.  It will also provide ways to enhance the presence of hospice in skilled nursing facilities and position your organization as a strong partner.
