Understanding the impact of Diagnosis Coding is crucial to an agency's success under the Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM). In this session, examine the Clinical Groupings – what is allowed as a Primary Diagnosis, and the importance of accurately capturing comorbidities under PDGM coding.
