AAHC is proud to be a Partner in this inaugural live, virtual program comprised of 6 states. 

Experience recognized experts and thought leaders sharing their insights, actionable strategies and relevant tools and resources at this inaugural digital conference for homecare providers in the Southwest.  The conference is specifically designed for professionals  from home health and in-home care programs who are responsible for ensuring high-quality, compliant, cost-effective care and guidance that is responsive to a patient’s wishes and consistent with their values

The conference features 2.5 days of content within 4 tracks, including a home health and in-home care (personal care) track plus a state-specific track for Arizona on the afternoon of November 19.

As a full registrant you will have access to all the sessions offered as part of the conference (sessions are pre-recorded with a LIVE Q&A component with the Presenters so you can get answers in real-time).  All times listed are Arizona Mountain Time.

Registration Information

Attendance at the Live Virtual Program is open to owners/employees of home health or in-home care companies.  The Live Pass includes access to the sessions and handouts plus CE/Contact Hours being pursued for this program.  The On-Demand Pass may be added on when at least 2 Live Passes are purchased.  Discounts available for AAHC Members and members of our partnering organizations.  Not a member? Join Today!

Substitutions/Cancellations

Cancellations must be in writing and received in the AAHC office via email by November 2nd to qualify for a full refund.  Cancellations received after this date or "No Shows" will NOT be entitled to a refund.  Substitutions of individuals employed by the same organization are acceptable at any time, contact the AAHC Office for more information.
